Gathering the Sun: An Alphabet in Spanish and English

Acrostic Names

I read Gathering the Sun to Mrs. Raptis' bilingual second grade class. The students responded by writing their names vertically on paper and then horizontally writing words related to the book using every letter of their names. Here are a couple samples: Dylan, Kelsi, and Terra C.
