Both are also in their final semester of school and greatly look forward to graduation! We worked together to present a story-time at the Valencia Branch of the Pima County Public Library, and learned a lot about tortoises while doing so.

Tara is from Tucson, Arizona and lives there with her boyfriend, dogs, cat and chickens. Tara has been working in public libraries for the past eight years and is currently working as a library sssociate. She currently works at the El Pueblo library, a small branch of the Pima County Public Library in a low-income, primarily Spanish-speaking area on Tucson's south side.

Amy is originally from Michigan, but her family has lived in Arizona for the last ten years. Before beginning her M.L.S. program, she was an English as a Second Language teacher for five years, and lived in worked in Italy, Poland and Turkey, as well as in New York City and Los Angeles.
