About the Reviewer:

Sheila Callahan is a junior at the University of Arizona. She is in the education program at the University, and plans to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in the spring of 2001. Sheila says that she gives much credit for her achievements to her new husband Dave, who has stood behind her through all of the ups and downs of the past five years. Sheila also gives much credit to her family and friends who have given their unconditional love and support. During her free time, Sheila enjoys spending time with her husband, her sisters, her family, and her friends. Sheila also enjoys spending time with her two "children", her dogs, Lexi and Basha. Some of Sheila's hobbies include hiking, swimming, water-skiing, and horseback riding. Sheila decided to pursue a career in the education field when she was a senior in high school. Sheila said she was working in a Title One program and she helped a first grader learn to read and write. When she saw how challenging and rewarding teaching was, she knew she had found her calling in life. She hopes to be able to change many students' lives for the better. (April, 2000)
