Carolyn Bauerelen is in her junior year at Northern Arizona University. She is currently seeking her Elementary Education degree and hopes to teach either first or second grade. She intends to continue her education by obtaining her Master's degree upon completion of her Bachelor's degree. Carolyn is a loan officer at a local credit union where she has worked, in various positions, for 19 years. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Charlie, for 19 years and they have two children, Carlos (11) and Alex (8). Her greatest passions, besides her family, are their horses. She and her husband own numerous racehorses with several foals due in the spring. (Fall 2004)
