About the Reviewer: My name is Chelsea Jarvis. I am currently a senior at the University of Arizona. I plan to graduate in May 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I am originally from El Paso, Texas but Tucson has been my home for the past five years. I attended Eastern Arizona College for 2 years and received an Associate's degree in General Education. I work at Tucson Country Day School/Camp Adventure where I help children with their homework during the school year. During the summer, I am a camp counselor for fifth to eighth graders. My hobbies include sleeping, watching movies, and playing with my dog, Wiggles. After I graduate I plan to teach anywhere but Arizona. I am not sure of the grades I would like to teach, for it changes everyday. Today though, it is third grade. With my experience in LRC 480, I more deeply realize the importance of books and plan to incorporate many of the books I read in this class in my own classroom! Reading Rocks!! (Fall 2003)
