About the Reviewer:
My name is Jennifer Christman. I am 20-year-old junior at
the University of Arizona, majoring in Elementary Education.
I am originally from Williams, Arizona and have been to the
Grand Canyon many times to view the breathtaking majesty,
carved into the landscape. Both of my parents, sister, and
much of my extended family still currently reside in Williams.
I own a two-year-old English Springer spaniel named Jeter
(after the New York Yankees short-stop Derek Jeter - although
I like the Arizona Diamondbacks much more).
I hope to go to Chandler, Arizona to begin my student teaching
next spring. Once I have received my diploma and certification,
I plan to go where I am needed to teach in any primary grade.
I am undecided about staying in Arizona or moving out of state.
I can't wait to get started with my own class, and I hope
that my influence as an educator will touch many young lives.
This is a photograph of Jeter and me on one of my many visits
home to Williams. (Spring 2002)
