The Woman Who Outshone the Sun/La mujer que brillaba aún más que el sol

After they heard the story, second-grade students brainstormed words as a prewriting activity before composing their own personal cause and effect stories. The students finalized their work by illustrating their stories in the surrealistic style of the book's illustrator.

Lucia feel sad because they were making fon of hre. She whent to the river and the fish wer going to her hir. She had all the fish in the hir. And she gave water to the peppol. And the peple silibred because they had water when they dirint had they wor hot. And she did and sed said that sed was going to be there.

Translated work:
Lucia felt sad because they were making fun of her. She went to the river, and the fish were going to her hair. She had all the fish in her hair. And she gave water to the people. And the people celebrated because they had water. When they didn't have it they were hot. And she did and said that she was going to be there.

In my old school the kids made fun of me because I always made chores I felt hurt and sad. The next day I told my teacher. The other day I felt worried because I didn't know they were comeing today. They talk to me and made friends to each other.
