Dustin Knippen is 27 years old and currently enrolled as a junior at Northern Arizona University. He is studying for his degree in Elementary Education while working as a computer technician for Tucson Unified School District. He runs and operates two computer labs, and is responsible for the computers in the library, as well as the 40 classrooms located around the campus. It is here that Dustin found his desire to work with children, and chose a career in education.

Although Dustin enjoys working in a regular education classroom, he personally loves to work with learning disabled students. He finds a greater sense of fulfillment knowing he has helped children with greater needs. After finishing his degree in Elementary Education, he would like to pursue a Master's in Special Education.
