No Way, José!
/ ¡De ninguna manera, José!
Ms. Franco's fourth grade class wrote letters to some of the characters
in the book. These are two letters written to José:
Dear José,
You should have manners and be polite or no one will listen to you.
You should say "please" or "thank you." You should also not be greedy
toward other people. You should treat them the way you want to be treated.
Next time, don't be greedy for something. If you are nice they will
respect you.
Sincerely,
Joe
Dear José,
I think you should be more polite to your friends. You should say "please"
if you want someone to do something. That was pretty rude of you. They
probably would have done it for you if you asked right. I would have
done the same as them.
Sincerely,
Desiree
